My Sentinel V4 Review + plus my Ultrasabers experince.

Over the last few weeks I have purchased two Ultrasabers from this awesome store. My first being a basic setup, red Sentinel v4. And the second an Archon V3.1, with Obsidian Lite Sound, an Consular Green Ultraedge Heavy Grade Blade.


Sentinel V4

This saber does not disappoint, it is amazing! I have had few issues with it besides the hilt being easily scratched, and the blade being a little to thick. Now I had done my homework on the blade before I purchased it so I knew the heavy grade ultraedge would be a little thick. But so far it has been great, I love the full look of the Ultraedge. And although the scratching on my saber is kinda irritating, it does give the saber a nice customized look that I like. Also the red is a wonderful color, and on camera the lightsaber looks real! Overall I am very happy with my purchase. One more note is that it shipped and got to my house in two days, amazing!


Archon V3.1

If you are looking for a review of this saber, this is not the place. Today I am simply telling you about horror story it was trying to get this saber. I have not received it yet, it is still in processing. My story starts about two months ago when my friend introduced me to Ultrasaber. I was in awww of the beauty of these lightsabers. So the only thing I asked for this Christmas was of course an Ultrasaber. I am a huge fan of Luke, like everyone, so we tried to order an Archon V3.1. Unfortunately, they were out of stock. We emailed a kind lady at Ultrasabers, and she informed us that it would be around two to three weeks before we could order one again. So we waited, and waited, and about five weeks later they finally put them back on line. I had checked every single day since she emailed us, I mean, THAT WAS MY WHOLE CHRISTMAS!! And exactly two weeks ago, I finally was able to order the saber. I am still very excited, and I put a little extra of my own dough in to get Obsidian Lite sound. As I said before, I am still waiting for this thing to get out of processing and ship to me, but I am still overjoyed that I was even able to purchase it.


I hope no one sees this is a rant, I love Ultrasabers!! And I understand that they have been extremely busy, I just hope that my order will ship soon, I have been patiently waiting for a long time.

That is where your issue lies with the order.
Obsidian Lite's are completely out of stock and are due to be received again either the end of this week or next week from what I read.
I was informed by a kind lady as well after ordering a saber with Obsidian Lite.
I understand your frustration, but things do happen especially when you mix all the Star Wars TFA hype and Christmas.
At least they aren't like other saber companies that take 3-6 months and don't talk to you at all until your saber ships and you have no guarantee that the saber will work or anything. You are left in limbo.

I ordered two last Sunday/Monday. I ordered one with Obsidian Lite and one with a V4. My V4 is coming today while the other is still processing. Remember they have a 3-4 week fabrication time. They also have had more than 10,000 orders to do.
Obsidian Lite has been the most popular due to its price.
The hilt itself can be in stock, but the board itself is not.
I ordered a Dark Apprentice LE V4 and that was in stock, but the Obsidian Lite board isn't. So my saber can't be assembled without it.

I ordered my Archon v3.1 about two weeks ago as well, and it is still processing.  I got the Obsidian v4 though.  It did say 3-4 weeks fabrication time, so we probably shouldn't expect them to ship until next Thursday or so at the earliest.

My order is going on three weeks as well. I have a GB sentinel V4 with Lite. They did tell me that it would take closer to 4 weeks so I'm okay with that. Better they're up front about it. From what I hear, I'm much happier waiting 3-4 weeks I feel good about than 3-4 months from a company with less than stellar customer service.

I feel ya both. I think I'm going to have to cancel my order. I hit an economic stump and could you that money again. Since the the lite boards are still not in stock. It won't be much of a hassle.

Well the boards should be in by the end of the week to early next week, depending on the carrier their source uses to mail them to US.  After that it should just be a matter of installing them.  Assuming they have all the other pieces they need for your saber.

i recently bought a sentinel V4 in violet amethyst. it only took a little more than two weeks to be fabricated and delivered ,i live in England and was expecting it to still be being fabricated THIS WEEK but instead it arrived a week ago last friday. so basically ultrasabers is an awesome company who delivers awesome products really fast so GG to them
