Are there any advice to how to do the face and body paint quickly and efficiently?

As well as type of face/bodypaint products you use that can stay on for at least 2 days in conventions unaffected by sweat, smearing, or cracking?

Do anybody use stencils to make face makeups / body paintings such as airbrushing faster?

How long does it take for you to apply the facemakeup / bodypaint?

Does anybody have advice or sell Darth Maul horns?

There are masks for speed. You could even cut the face part out to just use the top and back, if you want to paint your face, but have the bald head and horns reusable. I had a friend in college who put up a Maul poster on the wall behind the mirror, so he could paint his face to match the poster. He used a skull cap. That was 2003. We didn't find horns of the right size, so he went without. We hodge podged clothing to simulate the look for cheap. Keeping expense down was the only way to get my friends to join in costumes.

A decent shirt could be painted with red and black. If you can get an image of what you want digitally, perhaps a print store could press the image you want onto the shirt, as athletic stores often can do. For my friend, he had a Batman Beyond shirt. The red bat was just visible enough under the outer shirt/tunic. It made the suggestion of tattoos without showing enough to be recognized as Batman Beyond's symbol.

As far as I'm aware, Maul wears the basic tunic, tabards and obi. In college, a friend used a black dress shirt with the collar and sleeves folded under to conceal buttons etc. Simply got black material from Walmart for an obi.

If you can find a place that sells rolls of aluminum in sheets, it can be cut with strong scissors to make shapes to glue to cloth. The result could emulate armor or mechanical legs. If you think you've got the time and skill, you could shape the aluminum with a hammer to fully wrap your leg to make something impressive. I've only been confident enough to make Mandalorian chest plates.

Good luck!
