Cheesy I had some plastic licensed ones back in the '90s that were pretty bad sounding, but I still loved them.  Otherwise, all of my sabers have not had sound.

Congrats mate, great set up, I would've done it exactly... You are going to love the sound board, you will be turning it on every time you pass by the saber. I will be waiting for the pics and a review...
