Explain
In 2013 DC/WB declared June 12th Man of Steel day to gear up for the Release of Man of Steel. In the next few years it became Superman day...a day to celebrate Superman and not just MOS. |

Its the "official" company owned holiday. Many Superman fans, including myself recognize April 18th more as Superman Day since that is the day Action Comics #1 was published. |

Unfortunately since this was deemed Superman Day by the Company, this is when official Superman things happen. Such as today A limited edition Christopher Reeve Superman figure is being released. |

My brother is half deaf, and even though he cannot "read lips", he still basically reads lips to fill in the gaps that his hearing misses. So yeah, it is not a good situation. Especially as Tepes said, people's voices are muffled and they do not raise them loud enough to hear. |
