My deep hip flexors are gonna be soooore  And so the sore begins already! I've been working the deep flexors to help move through my range of motion. I can get my front splits cold on most days and sometimes a very small oversplit, but my leg's been getting stuck at about waist height for my front extensions because I don't have the strength to lift it higher. So I've been working on my hip flexors. Then, my ballet teacher must have read my mind or something because we had to do 64 grand battement en cloche. On each leg. this is grand battement en cloche |

Just realized I've been eating flexible-paleo for 3 months now hip flexors still angry at me I don't know or really care what my diet can be classified as. It works for me, so that's all I care about. I just made a three egg turkey, cheddar, kale, and banana pepper omelet. Smothered in sriracha sauce, obviously.  |
