I can drink a caffeinated beverage and go to bed within a couple of hours. I drink tea late at night and fall asleep within a half hour, coffee too a couple times. Monster or Red Bull will keep me up though, but a regular soda won't. I used to be more sensitive, but not anymore.

Caffeine does little for me any more, I drink a lot of the stuff because i like the taste not because it will keep me up. Though I enjoy the cranberry red bulls in the morning with my toast and bacon.
