Well, so my order consisted solely of parts... A couple battery/speaker holders; a couple buckpucks; an MLS unit; and an Obsidian V4 soundboard:  The V4 board came with the wiring harness and mounting tape already attached:  That was my entry. It won me a fourth place prize! A Dominix LE V4 in BR:  It came with an AV switch too!:  Thank you so very much UltraSabers! You are amazing.  |

I love the LE versions and the contours on that hilt sure lend to a comfortable, sure grip. Great saber for dueling and spinning, both. Just no downside to the Dominix at all. Raffle entry - Silver Prophecy Went ahead and switched out the bronze thumb screws for the silver ones lying in wait. The EH pommel is quality kit ... it perfectly finishes off the saber. Fourth place prize Dominix V2 with red matching switch - you know what that means. At last I have the mighty Chewbacca V2. |

These are the newest additions to my collection. They were delivered today. The Electrum Wind (Diamond config.) was what I ordered and the Scorpion (Second Prize, Obsidian board, BR) was my prize from the raffle! I was going to make an order for the Scorpion in a few weeks, I was certainly not expecting to get the exact saber I was wanting as the random prize. I've had a stupid grin on my face for the past hour since I've opened the box. Ultrasbaers, thank you for making my day!  |

Thank you, guys! The Prophecy is stellar ... and that silver blade to go with it! Very nice sabers. What do you think of the Diminix v2?
Now that I've handled a V2, I like them more than the V3's for grip and looks which I was surprised but shouldn't have been - it's a combat focused design. I prefer the V4's out of the lot but like this Dom V2 in Red, The Force knew it would be perfect like that. |

Hmm... I guess I'll have to try out a v3 so I can understand why. I find that the Dominix v2 slides around in my hand a lot more that I'd like. I also found that the best place for spinning them (as in most comfortable) is the smooth emitter, and not the grooved point between the switch and the emitter like I initially thought. One thing I don't like about the v2 is that the retention screws do not go into the hilt very far with a HG blade, which makes it a little more uncomfortable. But a solid black hilt in BR would look amazing. |

The retention screws don't go all the way in with the reg UE blade it came with either.
And you know, you might love the V3's because it's all subjective and personal preferences, I like blunter edges to hold onto and the V2's and V4's offer that whereas the V3's have those smooth and narrow sections to hold onto - and many people love that and like it much better.
It's worth checking out because I would've never had much good to say about a V2 until I tried it.
