The only thing I notice is the pommel on the $75 saber is very scratched up and has marks all over it. I did not think the mystery boxes were to have the potential for rough parts.
The description of the item does have this line, "Mystery box sabers may come with some minor cosmetics damage to the hilt." So that's probably within the realm of to be expected. I imagine this is a way for US to not have those parts just go to waste. |

It's right there on the product information page... Mystery box sabers may come with some minor cosmetics damage to the hilt.

It also states plainly how the switches etc. still add to the value to stay over the 75$ value. Some folks think the empty hilts less than 75$ aren't on the list. That is just crazy.

Thank you for the clarification on the "Mystery box sabers may come with some minor cosmetics damage to the hilt." For the record it was not a complaint, just a question. I am pleased with what I received a feel it was money well spent.

I hit the mother load with my 75 dollar mystery box. I got a Archon V2.1 with a Obsidian V4 sound board in blazing red!!! This is my second saber from ultra sabers in about three weeks my first was a Aeon V4 with vented Windows and Orange Blade color.
Hellz yeah. For a little added flare, I recommend getting a non-adjustable vented coupler to add window to the neck. I love the Archon. It is such a choice hilt. Also applaud you on having the sense to having pricey things sent to the office. I do all the time so a) someone in receiving can sign for it and b) I don't have to wait till I get home to play with....I mean inspect my new saber. |
