Hey guys,

I had been in email conversation with a Jason in the Customer Service Department, and I emailed today to check on my repairs and I'm getting an error.

Does someone else get those emails redirected to them? I just want to make sure, since I shipped my saber back, but i've had no contact back since it had arrived.
