In discussion with Twin Roses at the moment about getting a costume upgrade, namely the tunic and under-tunic.
Actually, I think your costume is pretty cool as is. Just having the tabards with the rolled up sleeves gives it a grittier look, rather than the standard tunic-tabards-obi setup you see with Jedi ensembles. Then again, I'm just a fan of going against the grain as far as SW costumes go... |

Thanks Nero. I appreciate it. The costume that I'm looking for is actually more along the lines of the NJO, so I'm right there with you actually.  I prefer simplicity and functionality above all this. It's for this reason that the tabard is actually joined in the back. In fact, the costume I have in mind is based off [one of] Jaden Korr's designs. Possibly with a torn-sleeves variant. I just don't like the karate-gi is all and the thickness of it, along with the ever-pervasive wrinkles. It's annoying. |

So I got the lady a Libby v3 in Bane's Heart and it is kinda crushing my v2 Libby in SY in this shot...  More recently, I went to a party dressed like a Pirate and this happened...   Don't judge me. |

I'm working on some ideas for another Twin Roses costume as well, partially inspired by the sleeveless tunics I've seen from Jammo and Lucien. Either grey or steely blue over a black shirt of some type, we'll see what I come up with. |
