When did you order If you don't mind me asking? I haven't heard about the raffle yet either, but I just got my confirmation that my Brood Guard SE and Aeon v5 are on their way!
Edit: Though I checked the tracking number and it says FedEx was told to the void the shipment, so now I'm confused again.
Edit again: And I just got official FedEx tracking, so that's sorted! Still no clue on the raffle, though.

It doesn't seem to be normal, I'm starting to feel it's a bit excessive. You would think something like this would be a priority and not really that big of a time commitment. I'm probably just salty waiting. This is the first one i've entered.

I just got an order complete email from my April 4 order that was supposed to be a Raffle entry.
Does it being complete and assigned a tracking number mean I didn't win anything?
Can anyone who has won a previous Raffle tell me if their prize was ever listed with your order info?

On the website lead times say 3 to 4 weeks minimum due to Movie, Holiday & now Covid. Unless you got a Mystery Box you will be waiting for a bit |

Most people in the last few months have been reporting 1-2 MONTH processing time, unless it was just a MB. So the fact that you are claiming to be getting yours within 5 days means they are finally caught up. My last order was in February and it took 2 months. So this current order only taking 3 weeks is a pleasant surprise  , although I get the feeling it means I didn't win anything.  - |
