Yeah Vapour is right as well you can use mineral spirits, thinner , reducer, etc....   
I didnt mention because for my project it very small precision areas and i did not
want the paint in the sourrounding areas affected. However if this is not an issue
for you then clean with one of these chemicals and would eliminate any scratches
However you might still need to sand and buff to get rid the scrathes that came from
the 200 grit paper hope this helps

Thanks everyone for the tips, I just bought some 2000 grit auto sander to try out, I'd be too afraid to use the paint thinners cause I could ruin the surrounding paint.
