So my saber will turn when its plugged up but won't when unplugged. What I do here contumer service haven't gotten back to and I need this for my upcoming wedding. Does anyone know what is happening and how to fix this.

It sounds like a battery issue. Check that you have the correct batteries installed and in the right direction. If they are then replace them.

Yes and is more likely cause by a bad cell than an incorrect installation. an incorrectly installed cell should error out the charger but a bad cell might just look charged and not be. Also may sound silly but have you checked the batteries for like a plastic tabthat might keep them from contacting/discharging. I think Ihear about USusing some of those when shipping.
