I'm a newer customer of UltraSabers (and very happy with my purchase) and I've run into a teensy issue with my computer not regonizing my Obsidian V3 soundboard as a device. I think this is client-side and all has to do with my computer, but I'm just wondering if there is something special I should do.
Just to clarify, I've already;
- used a new USB;
- made sure the lightsaber was on (duh);
- checked both ports;
- tried a new port on my computer;
- restarted the saber (I'm not sure what it means by restarting the soundboard), and;
- got the right launcher.
Any and all help is appreciated! Thanks!

There is no good or evil....there's only power!

Have you checked that your batteries are full?
What operating system do you use? Win 10 or Win 11?
When you use a USB cord, be aware that there are two types: one that transmits data and power and one that only transmits power - you obviously need one that transmits power and data.
When you connected the saber the first time, what was the sequence? Right would be:
1. Turn saber on
2. Connect saber to PC
3. Open launcher
