So my Arbiter and I go into Chick Fil A for dinner.... 3 girls behind the counter start asking about it, the guy who brings out my food compliments me on it, and a little kid about pooed himself and screamed 'is that a LIGHTSABER?!?!?!' from halfway across the restraunt. The look on his face when I said yes was awesome. Gosh dang I wish I'd had a blade with me at the time...

Yep..the kubutan is very much like the dolu-dolu. I am told by my fight trainer that they are used in the same manner.
My new sabers arrived today, so the Shock is my new travelling buddy:)

Well, i keep my guardian in my pack lol, and it sits on my desk at work now, has pretty much every day since i got it.
Holy crap good idea! I was just thinking how I needed new decorations for my desk at work... Only question is, which hilt to use? If I leave it at work that means I can't use it at home... |

I'd say the GB Redemption, but that's just my guess Nero. It'll have to be something that fits the style (aka fits in next to empty mortar shells), so perhaps something more weathered... Actually my now-customized original saber would look badass on there:  |

actually a buddy and i were just discussing earlier the best way to carry a whackload of sabers to the park for when we get a bunch of people going out, ended up deciding on a hardshell rifle case from cabellas
works out to like 35$ plus taxes, should be able to fit maybe 6 non basic hilts (ie thinks like consular, guardian, war glaive etc) or 8 of the more basic US designs in, with blades already attatched
foam lined case so they should stay nice and snug in there as well

Could you post pictures of that case with sabers inside please if you get one? I have been wondering how to transport mine easily, and if the blades can stay in, even better. I don't like mucking with those blade retention grubscrews too often.

Will do, as soon as the new saber come in and we get them in the case.
One of them will hold two ar-15 rifles with suppressor and optics on, usually leaving room for a pistol or two so sabers really shouldn't be an issue.

Just saying it out loud before you get arrested...you are considering carrying a rifle case into a city park...perhaps you might be wearing a dark robe or mostly black...OMG! lol The next story is how you had to sit in jail overnight as your lawyer worked out the details of your probation and community service...and you are required to 100 yards away from all parks, playgrounds, and schools  Kidding of course, but the image made me laugh a bit  |

It looks pretty similar to a guitar case but yes that's a fair point lol, probably keep it in the trunk and just dig out tge sabers we need
