I just wanted to let Ultra know that I have sent him a PM concerning my 2005 MR Luke ROTJ. I know they have been busy and with WonderCon this week, it'll be a bit before I hear from him. I just wanted to make it known. I would like my Luke to resemble Master Nero's, except for one tiny little detail.....I would not like a red LED in the pommel. Green or white would be ideal. Just stating my preference. Thank you guys at US and to all the people, like NEro who help us out with info. Cool

No that's alright. I just want it done pretty much like Nero's. His has a red LED in it. I was just saying if Ultra is willing to do this for me (I would be eternally greatfull) that I would like a green one or white. Everything else would be the same as Nero's.

Sorry to hear that happened to you partner.  The best way to get in contact with them is [email protected] .  Take pictures of what UPS did along with the broken blade so that they can file a claim against UPS.  In the past, they have speedily sent new blades when this has happened.  Also, congratulations on the War Glaive.  I love mine and when you get your new blade, you are going to love it as well.

Absolutely take pictures of the box and the damaged product and attach them to the [email protected] email address explaining what happened. The pictures make the claims process fast with UPS and a replacement blade can be sent out really quick. I had the same thing happen to my grab bag saber a couple months ago, UPS crushed the box with something heavy and smashed the blade in .

I have been trying to email/call this week and haven't gotten a response. I was just wondering are the guys really busy or if there was a problem with the communications. I needed to talk to someone about my order.

@speedmonkay - they've published a document listing communications delays when answering queries of late.  They're doing their best to resolve the issue, but it's not solved as yet.

Yes they can. If you are about to place an order, you can specify the blade length in the order comments (a 36" blade of any type can be ordered and you can ask to have it shortened). Ultrasabers has 32" blades of all types ready to go as that is the length they recommend for staves, but you could request any length in the comments.

If you already have a blade, you'll need to order another 36" and just ask for the mod in the order comments during checkout.

Got a strange trouble with getting my saber in Europe - the only shipping method is FedEx, package was sent at 9th May, at 10th May it entered FedEx sorting facility.... and that's it.

It stays there for nearly two weeks, and it really annoys.

Anyone had similar problems with FedEx?

P.S: FedEx support send me to my local FedEx, and they've send me to the sender of the package. And both ultrasabers support email didn't give me any answer

They are preparing for a convention so they may be delayed in replying to emails.  Be sure to include your order number and any tracking numbers provided by Fed Ex so that they can help you faster.

Does anyone know if the guys are at ComiCon this week?  Just curious because the raffle announcement said emails would follow later in the day/evening but I haven't heard anything. I want to make sure I didn't miss a message to spam filter or something (though I had received emails from Emory prior to my original order). I just don't want to send an email if they are at Con as I know they have enough to deal with but I don't want to miss out on my prize either if I'm missing emails. Smiley
