ebay Costume base obi won belt

Just got my belt today and though being fairly thinner than what the pics in the auction show; about as thick as a quarter. I like it and will probably buy another one in brown. You can't really beat the price, it makes for a great starter belt for those who don't want to spend $100 plus dollars for a higher end belt. Also the buckle is easy to remove and reattach giving the ability to use a different buckle if the user wishes to make it more unique.

Picked up one of those for myself a while ago, really good value, and looks great with a full costume.

I've bought some things from costume base before, and its a get what you pay for type of place. I love them don't get me wrong, they are a good value, but they aren't a really great product, not bad mind you but just okay. But if you want a good complete, (except for the boots and saber) costume for 150 dollars they are the place to go.

Yeah i know what you mean, I probably won't order any costumes from them since all they sell are generic main character costumes, but I will mostly buy accessories from them.  

@Ice   It must look great with a costume. my jedi robes will be here in a week or so and I will post full pics of my costume with my belt.

I bought the Anakin costume int all black, black robe, black tabards and obi, black pants and outer tunic, grey inner tunic, black belt. Not a bad costume, but not great either, I went to the Emerald City Comic Con in it and felt at home, but didn't feel I stood out.

I have the brown leather version not the synthetic from them. I need to add some backing to make it stiffer.

I also have the obi wan robes from them and I love them

I think that's a great looking belt. I am looking for a black belt to go with my costume.

As for "get what you pay for" items, I agree.

I paid $140 for my outfit. It's being made and should be here in the next two weeks or so. I ordered it custom from Twin Roses. I will be sure to post pics once I get it.
