Question? I was checking this thread out and the idea of getting a random saber sounds fun kinda like the lottery lol, so I was about to make the order but when I was going to check out it wanted 70 instead of the 55, in the description it said you got your choice of blade and or color? So is this an extra charge for the blade? Because I read it to mean that the blade was included. Please advise whether I need to pick that option or will it just be included, cause I don't want two blades.
Saber itself is 55 then you have to add blade and if you want specific color it's in addition and if you want a forum only color it's in addition to that ... Heavy grade costs more Special colors cost more Etc The true value in a grab bag is if you truly order it as a grab bag and if you order it random and are okay with the randomness and you might luck out and get a nice premium saber but it will be without sound and most likely some flaw to it |

So yesterday we brought my sister's boyfriend the box containing his first saber, a Guardian Blue grab bag. When he opened the box, I could see a silver hilt and thought he got either an Aeon, Libby, or Standard. When he ripped off the bubble wrapping I was stunned at what he really got:  A Shock LE!!!! Very first Shock LE grab bag I believe.  The emitter was scratched up and the anodizing stuck to the top of the MLS unit so there was an older kind of LED board inside the saber. He won't be able to swap emitters, but it did come with the Shock LE pommel AND the hole where the Covertec wheel should go is there and tapped so he can just order a covertec wheel and clip for himself. This was and awesome grab bag and the new Jedi Guardian loves his new saber! Im not sure, but I think they might have put the latching switch hole at the wrong end of the body, looks cool though. |

They did. That must be how it ended up as a grab bag. Nothing to complain about though. Still a very cool, and very unique item. |

Ordered my first two US last week. Decided to go with luck of the draw and order two grab bag sabers. Due to US road tripping to the Con my sabers shipped the other day and are in transit to NJ. Hoping to have them Monday or Tuesday. When they arrive I'll post pictures here. And depending on what I receive i'll figure out what my next order will be with all the bells and whistles on it.

If this is your first order then yeah you need a blade. I would use Ultra blades with the sabers. That's me though. Mid is pretty good. Random color is fun because you'll never know what you'll get.

First time buying a US so I thought to save some money Id get a Grab Bag... I recieved the http://Dark Initiate v3(with the VA, Ultra Heavy Edge Blade, clip, & wheel I asked for) Not completed stoked about the saber itself since its one of the most plain ones to come by, but Im still happy with it being my first saber  I guess it leaves things open for me to modify it on my own to make it better |

Grab Bags arrived today. Nice way to start my collection. Aeon with green and Dark Standard issue in Orange. Now with the sale on I can get my sound flash on crash Prophecy v3 or scorpion.   |
