What the...? How in the...? Luna is somewhere over 1,000 years old and about 1.5 times the size of the average fully-grown pony.... Pipsqueak is practically an infant.... that is terrifying.

Well, their argument is that since Luna is either immortal or at least has a long lifespan ahead(since she still looks plenty young for over 1000yo), she can "wait" until he's fully grown. BS in my books, but oh well... I've seen worse before. Damn you /mlp/.

Damn 4chan in general. Ponychan is at least slight better, from what I've seen (I haven't spent much time on there).

Good point, Rel. It's not quite furry-like, but it does get borderline (and beyond) on many forums (another reason I'm not a fan of shipping....) so I definitely see where you're coming from. Together we shall change this potentially dreadful discussion into a bright and glorious discussion!

Hmmmm.... I'm not usually a dubstep kind of guy, but I greatly enjoy dubtrot. Alex S is probably my favorite artist right now:

I definitely prefer the lighter stuff, as far as vocals go; I also like orchestral music (though I haven't heard too, too much of that lately).
I like some of Eurobeat Brony's songs (I heard he was the first major brony musician - is this true?); as well as a few by Mandopony and AcousticBrony. Also Replacer, and Ponyphonic (I really wish he'd release more).
From the show (to answer an earlier question) my favorite song would be Pinkie's Smile or This Day Aria, they're both really sweet.

By the way, this question has been pressing on my mind. What on earth do ponies do with the other domestic animals, like sheep and pigs and chickens? Cows (and donkeys) seem to be treated more like equals (though my memory is fuzzy on the cow one) but I have no idea about the others. And in Sisterhooves Social, Rarity cooks eggs?! What's up with that?
Please don't say they "use the pigs to harvest the blood to drop on ponies". That excuse is simply not satisfactory.

Eurobeat Brony was probably the first significant brony musician. He was, after all, the one who created the original Lunastep song.

Now, animals.... cows and sheep seem less intelligent than ponies and donkeys, but they have at least some level of sapience (sheep only speak on one occasion if I recall correctly). I would imagine that they use sheep for wool and cows for milk. Pigs.... I remember reading that they might keep pigs to dispose of their waste and produce fertilizer. That's the most reasonable explanation I've heard, anyways, aside from truffles.

As for chickens.... perhaps they use them to get feathers? The whole deal with ponies eating eggs doesn't make sense, but in a show where one of the main characters can break the fourth wall in canon, is complete logic to be expected?

Hmm... The feather-explanation did make sense; in "Look Before You Sleep" I believe there were a lot of feathers flying out of those pillows.
That's a very interesting idea regarding the pigs. On the other hand, it seems strange that ponies can keep other intelligent creatures (sheep specifically) in pens like slaves. Maybe Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn put it best when he said "The ability to speak does not make you intelligent"...
