So, what's everypony's opinion on the previous gens? I only like G1, and only then the first episode, and even then I have to turn off my brain at some parts or risk losing brain cells.

G1 is okay, but it really is what all the anti-bronies accuse FIM of being - a young girl's show. The other gens until 4 serve as great nightmare fuel most of the time. |

MLP is great training in the light side of the force. Does anyone else feel like they learn about the light side (learn to be a better person) from MLP? Even Discord can be turned to the light side with the magic of friendship. |

I haven't even seen the full documentary but I've probably seen that one part 10 times now. It's amazing. MLP is great training in the light side of the force. Does anyone else feel like they learn about the light side (learn to be a better person) from MLP? Even Discord can be turned to the light side with the magic of friendship. Yes, definitely! However, it promotes marriage and personal possessions, so perhaps it supports the Light Side itself and not the Jedi Order  |

Well, that episode ended up being great! Powell is best writer, or is at least heading in that direction. She took a pretty stereotypical premise and made it work. Plus, it explained Peewee and ties in to the next episode, which is always nice.
