Wow, that describes me perfectly   Except for the very last bit.

Actually never mind. Took a few more quizzes and they all said earth bender. Well, I think they both fit me better than any of the other ones.

I think I'd be an airbender. Seems to have the most practical applications- can fly, has telekinesis, extra speed, etc. I only hope I don't have to shave my head like all the others.

Female Airbenders don't seem to go with the shaved head from what I recall seeing, the kids in Korra didn't, and the Avatar whatserface from the original who was an airbender only shaved it enough you could see the arrow on her forehead.

BTW, airbenders don't have telekenisis. They control the air, they can't move any old object with their mind.

Eh, I guess. Telekenisis would be much more precise. Pushing something towards you with the wind would not be as easy as you might think, particularly if it's a small object.

Plus, air bending seems to be a lot more of a push style than a pull. You're getting wind to go away from or around you, rather than pushing things towards you

Air Benders, push and pull...pull would be from pull the air around them towards and around you...how about creating a vacuum around a target?

Hmmm...create fire without air...no.

I would be happy with any of the options...the beast master is a draw for me, being a student of biology it is intriguing to me...in the city...calling down a flock of birds, hordes of stray cats/dogs, mobs of rats, etc.

Different to be sure, but effective as any style when applied appropriately.

A funny thought would be controlling the little critters...imagine getting mobbed by thousands of fleas or bed bugs...clouds of flies...waves of cockroaches...yikes!

1. of the basic choices...I am torn between earth and water, but I am leaning towards water

2. unique bending... http://avatar.wikia.com/wiki/Specialized_bending_techniques  it is stated that no special exists for air, so I would choose air and pursue a special aspect...perhaps cloud riding or pressure related due to affecting via vacuum

3. the technology one is fun...I meant to apply the chi blocking aspect to this also...but it was too late to edit...this one is fun...I like the shadow style for this, ducking and weaving, then zap

4. the animal master as noted above is a good one...I could go either way...general or specific...at this point I would think hordes (the idea would be that there would be limited communication between the hordes and person, where as a specific would allow for near perfect communication between the singular animal and person)

I'm going to go with Beast Master. I love animals and being completely in-tune with them would be so awesome. Plus, as Rel said, I could call down a whole swarm of animals on any unfortunates that I cross paths with

It would seem a high brow/forehead is maintained/manicured

Beast Master would be fun, though I stand by my previous choice, there are a number of animals I'd love to be totally in tune with.

And on the Air Bending Specialization... I wasn't gonna mention this, but now I just can't resist, I think Milo's Fart Bending from near the end of the season should count. It's nasty, but you KNOW it's a devastating (and creative!) attack. Even if you don't accept that one, I must agree with Rel that Specialized Air Bending can be created, and I think it will be at some point. All that is required is for a character to devote the effort and concentration to coming up with something. Sort of like the invention of the Air Scooter, only, well, we need something effective in battle. lol

So I tried watching the series a while back but I didn't like it all that much. Should I give it another try? What would be a good episode to start watching from?

Believe it or not, I didn't care for it much either. But I was young. Isn't the cartoon based on actual books anyway? If so, I'd love to add those books to my collection Would give me a better understanding of the story than the cartoons would, I reckon.

It's a wonderful series, if you don't like it I will use my airbending skills to rip the air from you lungs a suffocate the stuffing out of you....

In other news, I've decided that I would be an air bender raised by fire benders.
