I have Gerd. Pepcid AC chewable so work great in a pinch. If you're not on a proton pump blocker, you need to see your MD. (Yeah, having been a Nurse for 30 yrs, I sound like a commercial).  . You could benefit from a daily dose of something prescribed. . Hope you feel better! |

There was a time when I was on daily meds but for women the osteoporosis risk is not insignificant. Hence getting off of those and onto something that I can take on an as-needed basis and that does not carry that risk was something I needed to do. It's mostly controlled now by diet, but I have the Zantac as a backup for those occasions when it gets a little out of hand.

Preaching to the choir. Yet, I did not realize you were a woman. That said, Pepcid AC for emergent use. You will not suffer the untoward side effects to your musculoskeletal system. |
