My first Lightsaber was a War Glaive and while it is a work of art to look at, it is just too heavy and large for me to spin / duel single handed (I am a 5'4" woman).  My sweetie just purchase 2 Dark Prophecies and they seem to be about the right size for me.  How does the Shock compare in size and weight to the to the Dark Prophecy?  Also, does it use either of the LED modules that are available on the site?  (just love to have options).

Any feedback would be fantastic as I want to purchase this week.  Funny how our household went from 0 lightsabers to 3 in a month (soon to be 4)!

The shock is a pretty heavy saber. I don't have a scale, so I can't weigh it for you, nor do I have any other ultrasabers(except for the pvc freebie that came with it, so awesome), so I can't give a comparison.

But, I will say this, I put some hard training in for a few hours with it one night, and the next day it felt like all the bones in my arm were cracked, so it's quite the saber to be swinging around, and in my offhand it was absolutely unweildly, however my offhand is hampered by a broken wrist once upon a time that never healed properly.

It's a weighty saber, and it's really a good two handed saber. But that weight gives it an absolute feeling of power once it gets moving.

Yeah, it might be heavier than a lot of the other sabers. Also, I have pretty strong arms & hands from work, so to me it's not very heavy. Thanks for giving a different point of view!  Cool

This was exceptionally helpful.   Compared to the Wair Glave, it is a lot easier for me to use.  Also, this time swapping out to a 32" blade made all the difference in the world!

I love love love my Shock LE, review to follow soon-ish (need to download my pictures).
