Ahh, but after so many years, does Beta really give you that much of an advantage, my blue ortolan friend? Remember, I have youth, and the practice of years of only owning 4 Video Games. I was mediocre at three of them... but Mario Kart I can dominate when required. And it would be required.  This now begs the question: What Character do you play? I call Mario.  Lol I was kidding about the beta...that was done long before we got it stateside  True true, youth you have. But I have experience of playing with 4 kids, from whelps through adulthood...we had marathons with chores on the line...so you know these were serious games. As for characters...I am happy with whom ever...I will accept Yoshi if available though   If not Yoshi then Toad or Bowser...but really doesn't matter |

I will say Toad was less annoying in Double Dash for the GC. But for me a LOT of what I played in that game was based off of special abilities. I spent a ton of time running as Daisy just so I could pick up people's items. LOL
Back to the topic at hand though. Rel: I would still take a crack at you. In all honesty, nobody can say who would win without a real game and I freely admit that, but if you beat me the first time, pride and stubbornness would have me playing till I could at least beat you once. And the inevitable 'anyone can win once' that would come after would bring me to do it again. It would be an epic set of races, to be sure. We'd need one flipping big bowl of cheetos and some 2 liter sodas to get through it all. XD
