Recent conversations aside, I like this tune.

Neil Young - Old Man:

Yes, Darth Knox this is my era too. I remember Jerry Sadowitz the Top Hatted guy in the video.
I seem to recall Boss Drum and Move Any Mountain as two more of The Shamen's hits.

Great memories point heading your way.

Very true and great calls, I've just broke out the Utah Saints Something Good (yes the Running Man track), What Can You Do For Me and New Gold Dream just for good measure.
These were all popular as I started playing the pubs and club circuit (I am a keyboard player so it was a great time for me).

We grew up at a great time for music. the classics from 60s/70s were still popular and influential, 80s and early 90s music produced some great tracks too. and then (thanks to people like Simon Cowell) the music died.

Too right, I mean Stock Aitken and Waterman, even though they were thought of as cheesy producers didn't do it just for the money (there was still an element of musical intent). But as you say DK when the reality TV Talent show factories sprang up the Music/Money equation got flipped to Money First/ Music Second.

But we still have the classics!
Thanks for all the suggestions guys.

Currently listening to Opera. Specifically, Jose Carbo singing "Largo al factotum" from Il Barbiere di Siviglia (The Barber of Seville).

Amazing.
