I know this isn't in the same vein as what the OP asks about, but I finally had to replace my 25+ year old Comcast set top boxes with their updated Xfinity boxes and all I can say is "WOW". If I knew the capabilities they had I would have replaced them years ago.

 I woke up Sunday morning around 9am.  I'm still awake and starting to get pissed off about that. There is absolutely no reason for me to be awake and yet here I am. I hate insomnia.  I should go finish that Harry Potter font I promised months ago. Those movies put me right to sleep when I try to pay attention to them.  Other then no sleep I'm good.

I'm sorry to hear and wish there was some type of remedy for that. I get insomnia as well, and probably from the same issues you're dealing with unless it's unrelated to our deployments and time in. Mine aren't constant and are random though so I'm lucky since I have friends that have constant insomnia like you.
