I'd personally like to see more custom designs, rather than US versions of canon hilts, but that's just me.
Me too. I'm not sure I'd buy another canon inspired hilt, but I'd be all over original designs. |

Same. I think it's safe to say they've covered all the canon hilts that a majority of the fandom wants to see. The only one I'd want is maybe an Ahsoka, but even then. |

I would also like to see more custom US designs! Especially if they felt like a part of the SW universe without actually being in it.
That being said, I'd also be interested in new canon ones as well--cosplay can be difficult for those who don't choose main/popular characters.

Yes and No. Having something close to film-accurate Dooku would be a great help for my 501st trooping (right now, I just have a painted cast resin belt hanger, which enh). But for a generic Jedi, yeah, the current designs are great, but something new would be very tempting. I had already mentioned before wanting shorter hilts for saberstaff designs -- a double Catalyst is tempting, but something a bit shorter would be nice, and I don't want a double Menace. (In the meantime, I have to use double Overlords, oh no quel tragedie...  ) |

I wouldn't mind seeing them do more "new" stuff that are just mash-ups of existing parts. There was a pommel that went out with the PGBs that have never been used. I think the round Malice pommel doesn't get enough love. |

Considering Obsidian lite can only be programmed with one font, there should be an option to choose from any of the default Obsidian sound fonts to come pre programmed into your saber of choice.
I love the obsidian lite as much as the next guy, but I don't think it's very universal in terms of fitting a particular saber color or design.

Something similar was suggested earlier in the thread. I think that Ultrasabers is looking into offering the Obsidian Lite in two sound options: one jedi and one sith. Nothing definite has been confirmed yet, but it is something they are contemplating so keep your eyes open for new announcements |

I'd feel weird as a generic Jedi using my Consular, because, though I love the hilt to death, it's pretty well known as "Qui-Gon's saber." |

I think they would do better to have an array of offerings, but make them single font. |

But I agree with Lightsabernut20 ....It may create such a backlog of orders that the wait time and expense may reflect "the other guys" and we don't want that to happen. |

maybe not.
most of the customization they do already (choosing light, sound, button & other schemes to go into the hilts)
I'm suggesting merely adding the option to change the emitter, pommel & last remaining bits of the lightsaber.
