Weird! There must not be enough to power the green die on full but the resistored red is lighting up. Lazing red is cool as is though! (Especially on an Overlord!)  Grin

Yeah, it's cool that I actually have two colour options in one saber.  It's not as bright as it should be though, the Flash on Clash (normally white) is actually just  Flicker on Clash, and you can pretty much forget lock-up altogether.  Smiley

Alrighty, here she is. Elegia, my lovely sith saber in BR. At some point I'm going to get some filters to see if can add blues to it to make a variety of purple/violet as well. Not that I know that will work or not. But anyway, here we go. I've added two more O-rings to her as well, where the choke points are (the others are underneath the grip to provide a unique grip). Aside from that, I also replaced the grip so it isn't as wonky as the other one.

Anyway, yes. The blade is an UE midgrade. I plan to get a regular midgrade as well at some point. I need to get her upgraded with FoC and a recharge port at some point as well. Perhaps for Christmas, yes...

Oh yes. I updated the Mario one I made a while back and annoyed the crap out of my family and animals with it. Then I tested out the One Winged Angel font to see how that went. I'm pretty pleased. I'm thinking about taking weapon sound effects from FFVII and KH to apply to the One Winged Angel font instead of Sephiroth's voice however, but I'll get to that when I can. I have to get clear snippets and such.

Right now I have the default Obsidian Soundfont uploaded onto it. I've grown incredibly fond of how powerful it sounds.

I spent some time thinking today, and I might have the emitter shroud power coated black some day. But since it is the only shroud of it's type that I own, I probably won't unless I get my hands on another.

It's actually from one of the other guys, I'll send you a PM telling you were from. It was from a prop saber that was shared by my grandfather and myself. I took it off of the prop and applied it to my Initiate V3. It also helped give the name for my saber, Elegia, a term that shares it roots with the greek Elegy, a mournful poem used to remember something or somebody.

I will say where I got it from, they don't offer the shroud like that anymore. Instead it's black, which I wish mine was, but oh well. It's rather nice having it the way it is. Anyway, sending the PM now.

No problem. It really helps bring out the saber in my opinion. In fact it's hardly recognizable as a Initiate V3 without really stating that it was. When I sent it in for repairs about a week ago, it was shocking to get it back to what it originally was and to see it without all of the modifications. XD

No problem.

So I ordered some Lee Filters, and though I have a red blade and have no honest clue on what the color filters will do to it, I'm going to try them out to see what I can come up with. Maybe some darker reds or purples. Any reds I make will go here. I need to get my hands on a One-Inch Hole Punch first though.
