I just ordered my first grab bag today. I'm excited to see what's in it. The anticipation may kill me though. I was hesitant at first because of the no sound part but I've read you can get it installed later which sold me. It's a nice way to get a saber in my hand. I want to order one I customize but with school and what not I don't quite have the money right now :p

US typically pays for the return shipping as they did with mine. Sucks to have to fork out money to send it in but it is what it is. I'm surprised it was busted that bad. Honestly the only issue I've come across personally was that the bezel was loose and rattling on my first two sabers. The first one I sent in and was fixed promptly. The second I chose not to send it in because #1-my wife didn't want to pay to ship it back and #2-my wife also did not want to be without her saber lol.
