It came today! It is an Dominix LE v3! And it is broken  . Power button broken (like broken in pieces and has fallen inside the hilt) and battery pack broken. I am sure US will resolve but I was so excited to have my second saber (of course so my co-workers and I could act like adolescents). Erg. |

Hi. Could you add some photos of the broken areas on to your post as the extent of the damage straight out of the box seems to be a rare occurrence. Thanks.  |

That's very unfortunate to see, hopefully this can be resolved swiftly! At least this is a chance to experience their customer service, if you want to look at things a little more positively

Nice! I'm sure it'll be fixed soon. I got the Dominix V2! I'm... Well, I'm glad cause gonna make it "weathered", but now I can't upgrade it to have sound.

I wouldn't worry. They are processing several thousand orders per day and I'm sure they wouldn't have such a raving fanbase if they didn't help anyone out  |

Good thread to keep an eye on.
Sure wish they had a phone number you could get someone on the phone easily during normal business hours.
With the volume that they are doing now, isn't it kind of absurd they don't have that???
