I’m almost 9 weeks in now. This morning I woke up and checked my phone and saw an email from Ultrasabers and practically bolted up to read it. Very disappointed when I came to find it was asking for confirmation that my order has been delivered. The email says to wait 24-48 hours then email US if it hasn’t been delivered, which I will do, but some people have been receiving orders without getting a shipping number so I have a tiny bit of hope it might arrive soon.

If they are getting caught up and answering emails, now's the time I guess

Unfortunately this isn't a US generated email. Its a third party survey group. Its automatically sent out around the two month mark. I dont mean to be a hope crusher. Wish you all the best!!!

Well, my impetuous nature got the better of me; I sent them an email to find out what's up.  Week 6 ends tomorrow if going by business days, so I figured why not.   I was polite and cordial, made sure they understood that I was not complaining, I just wanted to make sure nothing was wrong that couldn't be fixed.

We'll see what happens. I have a feeling that the Fallen I ordered is holding me up, but hopefully that's the only problem.

Coming up on 4 weeks for my Empress order. Shot an email off into the ether. Let's see if I hear anything! Still trying to change my Blazing Red's FoC from orange to violent amethyst. But will probably be fine either way whenever it arrives.

I'm a math teacher slated for 8th grade next year and am looking forward to using the sabers (Empress and free one from deal) to help illustrate graphing systems of equations (two intersecting lines). Silly gimmicks like this always seem to keep the kiddos engaged... Assuming it's even safe enough to have live classes, but that's another story!

My MB finally arrived after 9 weeks. Aeon v3 fire orange. No sound, did come with an AV switch though. Thing I'm confused about is the battery setup. I thought standard was 4 AAA batteries and I got 2 AA. Is that normal?

As far as I can tell, the AV switch is an upgrade from the standard guarded switch, so that's a bonus.  And I think, from what I read elsewhere on here, that they may be out of the AAA battery setup and did yours with the 2 AA batteries.  Take a look; are they regular,  or Li-Ion batteries?

Okay, I was just curious.  But yeah, that's my guess; they used the AA setup cause they're short on the AAA setup.

Yeah, it seems that they may be dealing with a shortage of the plastic 4AAA pack by using the plastic 2AA pack (same as Li-ions) in some stunt sabers.
I've only seen/heard of this happening with Red or Orange as those LEDs require less voltage, which 2AA at 1.5v each can supply.
Blue, Green and other LED colors require more voltage and thus 2AAs would not be enough.

I got a Grab Bag DSI with the 2AAs and it's still fairly bright and still has the AAs it shipped with. I bought rechargeable, but haven't had to swap them out yet, so maybe the capacity in AAs is greater.
I kinda wish other LEDs could use AAs just for that convenience

Got an email response from my inquiry into my order.  Diamond Controller Fallen, mystery box, free initiate, free grab bag.  Should have an shipping update tomorrow, don’t want to jinx it, but as soon as I get the shipping notification I’ll fill you in on the Fallen details.  But there is a light synths end of the tunnel

Well this escalated quickly! I got an email response back less than 40 minutes later.....        

The rep that emailed me back basically said that they "got a hold of my order just in time to change the FoC color" and that my order should be "fabricated and ready to ship in the next 1-2 business days."

So..... let's see what happens!

I too just got an email back in less than 2 hours. Should get my tracking by next week.
