I've checked up on what's going on and they just said that they're still in the middle of the site "migration" (pretty sure that's the term) so things are chaotic. Call me crazy but perhaps it wasn't a great idea to totally revamp the website with a major saber sale in the works.  I have no doubts it will be fixed, but I'd really like to be able to use those reward points before the 15% off sale goes byebye. Hopefully the Force is with me... |

On the flip side, does anyone know how to actually redeem points now that the site has been changed? Ultra's pinned post on how to redeem points doesn't seem to apply anymore.
When you go to check out, there will be an option "Redeem points for $x off your order". I think it was on the payment page, same one where you enter your credit card number. |

Resetting my password fixed that problem for me. When you go to check out, there will be an option "Redeem points for $x off your order". I think it was on the payment page, same one where you enter your credit card number.
Exactly your points show up in dollar value at checkout, even though the my points page seems to have a glitch. |

I requested that. It emailed me a link to "reset my password". The link takes me to the login screen, which then continues to tell me that the only password I've ever used doesn't match the only user email (which autofills). |

I have a suggestion for a hilt design. I haven't seen it even mentioned anywhere, but I think it would be kind of cool. How about a hilt design based off of the High Guard Force Lance from Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda?

Now this is a great idea, I love this show, and a saber based off the High Guard Force Lance would be awesome. I'd have to buy at least two of them, maybe even four. |
