I think I lost a friend, and I just feel out of place lately, on top of the lay in bed most of the day brand of depression as I've labeled each level of my own depression or some of them. |

The "other guy's" website is crumby. I have bought exclusively from US. A new technology has gotten me interested elsewhere, but their prices are ridiculous, their site doesn't work, my questions remain unanswered, and I have no way to contact the other guys because their site wants proof I'm human, which I can't give, because the site doesn't work. I can't fix it, because there is no human reachable or involved. This is being vented here, because my only source for good sabers is US, and I'm about to lose that because people are offended by the truth while making excuses for their own hate because it's popular right now, even on this forum.

Sorry to hear, Kaz. Is the friendship at all reconcilable in any way? The "other guy's" website is crumby. I have bought exclusively from US. I buy sabers from the other guys as well and I understand where you’re coming from. It’s hard to support a company that either never answer their emails or ones that don’t care for customers other than making money. I like designs from other companies and have and will order more but US is my go to since their customer service is top notch. I’m also not blinded by the fact that there’s better designs, electronics, and anything else saber related elsewhere but I also don’t kid myself and think that their customer service Andy turn around time is as good as US’ either. There’s pros and cons on all companies and US is not exception to the rule, they just seem to be more customer oriented than most in my opinion. |

Makes sense. At least you’re trying your part. I don’t know your friend but if she lets something get between you two then she wasn’t a real friend to begin with. I know that I may not be something that you want to hear but know that real friends stay together no matter what, being upset and needing time aside. Always here if you need simeone to talk to |
