Sucker Punch is not a good nobie, but it does have the most AMAZING visuals (and I'm not talking about the ladies).

But the ladies in the movie (let us not forget Carla Gugino) are beautiful.

Actually, I disagree.  As films the Twilight movies were not bad.  The Idea and story, under a more capable writer's hand, could have been something epic.

It's ok for you to disagree. I thought they were terrible (terrible acting, terrible story). However, despite a couple of interesting ideas, overall the Twilight series was so bad it almost killed the vampire genre. Obviously, in the hands of a better writer/director it could have been better, but one could say that about any bad movie. Additionally, let us not forget that on top of the bad movies Twilight also gave us the 50 Shades franchise (as the author of those wrote the books on her blackberry as Twilight fan fiction!!).

Anyway, back to our regularly scheduled programme;

It's ok for you to disagree. I thought they were terrible (terrible acting, terrible story). As I recall, Stephanie Meyer liked the fan fiction and encouraged EL James to develop it into a separate series, so we can blame the existence on her. After all, when Stephen King says that you suck at writing, perhaps you shouldn't be giving other people advice...
