(quick tip: the sabers you choose will be built with the default options that you'd see if you were buying the saber through the store without making any changes, such as upgrading to an AV switch, Recharge port, nickel finish, Covertec wheel, Obsidian V4 sound, etc., so if there are features you want, just let them know and they'll get you a quote and instructions to pay for those upgrades with requisition charges.)

And yay! Fourth prize second time in a row! I wasn't that excited the first time I won fourth prize, but when I saw what I got, it totally changed my perspective of the Dominix V3. It's a great chance to look at a saber you never thought you'd like to have before!

Me too. I went to buy a saber (my first ever purchase) for a friend who does fencing so he might enjoy it. Then the free initiate was included so I was quite happy. Since i got third prize  also, I'm gonna end up with 3 sabers. (might keep one for myself :P)

Hi guys im so happy I've won a grab bag im new to ultrasabers and this was my first purchase I wondered if someone could enlighten me on what I've won is it just a hilt or does it come with a blade?

You'll get a blade with it.  Ultra Sabers never ships out a raffle prize that's not ready to duel with.  ;D

It comes with a blade and a color they randomly pick. Could be any saber, who knows.

It's a random hilt, normally not premium, something like Dominix, Aeon, Sentinel, Apprentice, etc. It will have a blade, 36" I believe. No sound or other goodies, just a basic saber. But hey, it's a free saber! Congrats!

I can't believe I'm a First Prize winner! I am in shock, my first order with Ultrasabers after stalking the site for years. Can't wait for my Emerald Guardian with Obsidian v4, and the and the anticipation of what the prize will be is already mounting. My first raffle, I had 3 entries and won nothing.  But, and I think this is an important distinction too few make, neither did I (or you) "lose".  There was no extra expense to enter, no fee to enter.  You just got a chance to win by buying stuff that you wanted to order anyway, so literally nothing was risked and therefore could not be lost.

Absence of something does not necessarily denote the opposite of that thing, so in this raffle, there are no losers, only winners and satisfied customers.

Allow me to explain myself. I know intentions can be misunderstood it online conversations like this, so please don't take me as just a sore loser. But I have looked at the raffle winners of the past couple years, and only people with letters as the first character of their name have ever won. People with other characters, such as the _ at the beginning of mine, haven,t won. I had thought I had found a flaw in the system.

Awe bummer, no win for me. I did win a 2nd prize in the past Autumn raffle with my first purchase though, so for that I am still truly grateful. Thanks to Ultrasabers for putting these on, they're just so awesome! Congrats to all the winners! Now on to enjoying my Prophecy v3 that I entered, this saber is a thing of beauty!

I am speechless! I never win anything and first place prize is awesome! I have a prophecy v3 stunt that I love, but I really wanted sound because I always feel lame when I pull out my saber and turn it on and the guys saber next to me starts spitting out light saber sounds and mine just goes click. Well now I will have two with sound! The one i ordered and the prize! I can't wait to see what I get. I'll be sure to post my sabers! Can't wait to see what I get as the free initiate either! Thank you so much UltraSabers and the community on here that let's ultrasabers do stuff like this by buying enough sabers to make raffles possible. I have been an ultrasabers guy from the get go of my Jedi life contrary to the advice of many my fellow jedi around. In addition to the great hilt selection, quality builds, and great customer service, it is things like this that really makes ultrasabers special. I hope to pay it forward in some other way to make somebody else as happy as this has made me! I wish more companies could be like this.

Absolutely blown away! Been looking to buy a saber for some time now. Did quite a bit of comparing and spoke with several friends who owned some already. Came down to this company and one other. After looking at the designs and attention to detail on these sabers, it was no question. Ultra Sabers was definitely the way to go. It wasn't until I decided to go through here I discovered they already made the saber styles I was looking for! Bought Fulcrum and Lost Gray.

Then, to discover there was a raffle going on. First saber purchase and my first time ever winning a raffle! Grand prize even!  I was already sold on Ultra Sabers. But then to get to experience this kind of customer appreciation/devotion first hand? Forget about it. US is the only place to get sabers. Thank you for an incredible introduction to the wonderful world of saber ownership! Absolutely gained a customer for life.

Now I get to get my next saber a little sooner than planned. Time to start looking for my next, next saber I guess...

Thanks for the tips!  Here's my idea.....

Double Azure Reapers in Arctic Blue...with 24 in. heavy grade blades 

At first I was thinking I could try to replicate Rey's staff with Manticores or Menaces...(Thank you Cyber Kyber for ideas!) I still VERY MUCH want a Rey replica staff.  But..I also want something I can lift , wield and use all the time without losing control or getting injured. 

I couldn't find a list of weights for all sabers, but based on surfing the forum I think the Reapers would serve me well.  (And I love that Reapers are simultaneously elegant and a growly!) I'm making a lot of assumptions about connecting them and also later being able to add a Yari pike to make it even longer.

I think that's a phenomenal idea! The Reaper, of any variety, is on my wishlist. That etched design would look so amazing with two of them together. Truly identifiable with you. I found this about the weight:

.25 lbs lighter than the Scorpion

They're on back order, though, so you okay waiting for a while? They do show up at the conventions, though, so maybe as the Emerald Prize winner they'll make them just for you, which I think they definitely should.  ;)

Yeah, I don't feel like I lost - there's simply that bit of let-down "aww, dang" feeling when you don't see your name on the winners list.  I got a cool toy out of the mix for my birthday, as did my friend for his.  It's all cool.

well, my 1st ultrasabers raffle and , as always, a loser.... My streak of 0 wins at anything continues. Didn't even get to open my 1st saber as I got home too,late from work and had too much to do to even get to it. What a bummer.

I have not had a Saber since the mid 80's. I just placed my order late last week and it was just shipped out yesterday!! I ordered 2 premium Sabers: The Guardian(Tri Arctic Blue) and The Prophecy v3(Tri Consular Green), both w/obsidian premium sound-upgraded soundboard V4, and a few other goodies. Oh my God guys, my shipment will be arriving tomorrow - just got the FedEx notification of overnight delivery. The package is 14 pounds!!!!

I just want to take a brief moment to thank Emory, Corey from customer service, and all of Ultrasabers. They are truly looking for their customers. I put in a brief note on my original raffle ticket order telling them that I would be leaving on Jan 20 for a 3 week business trip and hopefully would like to receive my order before leaving. That was before I found out I won in the raffle! With my selection of prize sabers, I was sure that it would further delay the shipment of the sabers, and had to deal with the fact that I would not be able to see my sabers for four weeks. I had to rule out the possibility of seeing them before going in my head, and just move on and try not to think about it.

Corey reached out to me today via phone and let me know that they can send out my package  today, but let me know about the overnight shipping option in order for it to arrive with a day to spare for swinging them around before leaving for the trip. They remembered about my trip!!! It completely renewed all of that excitement I had to bottle up, and once again, I am bouncing off the walls. I cannot thank these guys enough, and will not be able to sleep tonight. I will make sure to add photos before I leave for the trip.

Thank you Liora Rey. I found that rack at Lowes for around 15 bucks, bought 2 of them. One is pictured, and the other has my kids sabers, a few extra blades hanging  on it. The thing I like most about it is the tips are all rubber coated so I dont have to worry about my sabers getting marred.

Finally ready to post some pics - you will not be dissatisfied!

It took a while to unwrap all of these precious items, and take photos of it, but I felt like I was 13 again doing it. By tomorrow at noon, I will be headed over 5,000 miles away from home for a 3 week business trip and trust me - it's not going to be fun. At least I get to leave as soon as our next president gets sworn in  ;D ;D ;D
But seriously, instead of packing and getting all of my business stuff ready, I've been sitting by the window waiting for the FedEx guy, and couldn't be more excited - nothing else mattered!

Emory and crew (shout out to Corey!!) couldn't have been more helpful, and I am in complete awe to witness how well this business operates and looks out for their customers. They remembered about me mentioning my business trip and hopefully getting to see my sabers before I left. I was already unwillingfully accepting the fact I wasn't going to see the sabers, now that I have won a raffle prize, but was contacted immediately by customer service, and Corey helped me along the whole process. From the time it left Ultrasabers, my package arrived within 14 hours. I got to see my sabers before leaving tomorrow!! Ultrasabers. You absolutely rock.

took everything out of the package. I think during this process I had to reach for the napkins to un-water my eyes. These are precious jewels I've always wanted to have as a kid, and used everything from pencils to chopsticks as hilts and a little imagination to make up for it. Now they are finally in my hands and boy was that emotional. Hard work, and of course, a little luck for this insane raffle win.

The day after I made my choices for the prizes, I received a bonus that was big enough for me to afford a hilt, so I went ahead and got the Lost Gray hilt. This is completely empty. Will be a project for myself when I return from my trip! Needless to say, 2017 has started off quite amazingly for me, and that's coming from someone who usually has terrible luck. So I am excited for this year!

I tried to line them up as best as possible so you can compare the sizes. The longest saber hilt in this group is the Fulcrum. The heaviest saber hilt is the Electrum Wind.
Notice that the Lost Gray is bigger than the Graflex! That should show you how big the Fulcrum is. But it is totally a work of beauty from head to toe.

Close up. Each single hilt just screams craftsmanship. The Dark Initiate is absolutely amazing to hold. The Graflex is seriously gorgeous. It is so strikingly similar to Anakin's Return of the Sith version, being narrower than the Graflexes of the other episodes, and having the gold accents. The Chosen One CE is incredible as well. There are very subtle differences between this hilt and the hilt it pays homage too, but in all of the best ways. Ultrasabers succesfully gave these their own personalized flare, and they are both surprisingly light and duelable. One thing I love about them is the enlarged retention screws. The blade ain't going no where!!!!!

I turned these sabers on in the order of the most simple to the most complex. The only Ultrasaber I owned prior to this is the Prophecy V3 in an Obsidian Lite, so I was so curious as to how the extra features are in the higher leveled sabers.

OMG! When I turned on the Graflex with Obsidian V4, I was blown away. Even with the jump from Lite sound to Premium sound, the difference is so great. The three fonts are absolutely amazing, and they all sound different from the Obsidian Lite, which is only one font, and if I remember correctly - is supposed to be just a combination from all three sound fonts into one.

Then I turned on the Emerald sabers and oh my God, I almost fainted. Just watching the Chosen One CE flicker in red with the Dark sound font had me trembling at the hands. The added visual effects of the sabers are absolutely amazing, and I haven't even begun to play around with the fonts or the color settings that the Emerald has to offer yet. Bottom line, if you have a little extra cash, move up a level. It's worth every penny. Had I known the Emerald v4 was this cool, I would have saved up originally in the first place - seriously guys.

My entire lightsaber collection. It's crazy to think that just two months ago, all I had was the plastic Ultimate FX Anakin saber. Then my inner child lashed out like an uncaged beast and here is my collection 60 days later. The only brand besides Ultrasabers on this table is Master Replica/Hasbro, and the difference between the two are night and day. (Oh! and of course the wooden Graflex which I made recently while waiting for my Ultrasabers package - check the Fan Fiction and Art subcategory on saberforum!)

And there you have it! It's currently 9 o clock PM here and I leave for China tomorrow at noon, and my suitcase is currently empty because of Ultrasabers. And THANK YOU for that. I'm sure my sleep tonight will be little to none - I have a 16 hour flight to look forward to so who needs sleep? It TRULY means the world to me that I got to see these babies before heading out, and I cannot thank Emory and crew enough.

You can see here that - besides my Prophecy v3 and Initiate v3 - my entire collection consists of mostly sabers that pay homage to the movie(s). Well, now that I think about it - that's probably where many people start. Ultrasabers really turned a dream into a reality for me, and I will continue to be indebted to this company, and will be proudly telling people where I got these from. These sabers will surely not be shelf queens, and will be loved and used as much as they individually deserve. I already duel frequently and cannot wait to show these off. My coworkers/friends/family are all about to be like ..... wuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuutt

Although I have many Star Wars based replicas now, Ultrasabers has truly opened up a whole new world for me, and opened my eyes to unique, custom and personalized sabers. Both the Dark Initiate v3 and the Prophecy are works of art, and I can't even imagine having something like a War Glaive, or a Malice.
I can't wait to see what is in store for Ultrasabers down the road. A company with such loyal service, quick turnaround, pride in its products, and most of all a hell of a fanbase - it is a company that is destined to see a great future. All I know is one thing. I will definitely be there every step along the way, because Ultrasabers just got a new client for LIFE.

Thank you guys for everything, and thank you to the entire community. I'm so glad to have dove headfirst into a renewed passion with such an amazing group of people, and all within just the last month or so! I'm excited for all your thoughts and comments, hopefully I will be able to access them overseas! Sweet grab bag saber, V-Trout! The Sentinel is highly regarded around this part of the galaxy. My raffle entry was the Dark Sentinel, too, in Consular Green! Thanks for sharing a picture of yours. Looking at your pic I think I may have just checked out for a minute staring up and to the right with my eyes half-closed imagining that saber in green.  :D

I'm 99% sure that you'll get both today. The same has happened to me a few times. They just never marked it as shipped in your account order history, which means they probably shipped them in the same package. So if you do get your Graflex today, be sure to email [email protected] and ask them to mark it as shipped so you get the rewards points for it. Also if you paid separate shipping for each saber, but they shipped them together, I would ask them to refund the shipping for one of them, too. If you pay for shipping on each one, they should ship them in separate boxes.

Nah, the Graflex got here yesterday.  Check my unboxing pics in the gallery thread.  And yeah as soon as I realized the middle box had the Graflex I shot an email off to info@ to try to get my order statuses squared away.

The outstanding items on the list are the Archon 3.1 and the raffle winner rewards, and I'm about 90% sure this package won't contain the rewards because that would be even more insane turnaround time than I've already come to expect from US given my change requests.  But hey I'm up for being pleasantly surprised.

I'm already planning a smaller order with my reward bucks.

I just heard back from Customer Service--marked all orders as shipped and told me the prizes were shipped with the Archon 3.1.

Now I can't wait to get home .... ughhhh

JediXiX and Taegin Roan, oh my god you hit the nail on the head. I was contemplating soooo hard on bringing a hilt with me just to have a slice of home in my suitcase. I was also feeling like an addict in need of rehabilitation, so I'm so glad that you mentioned that to make me feel slightly more normal. I would have went with the Yoda hilt simply cause of its size. But with the TSA airport security being so crazy now a days, I was worried they would take it out and think it's like a gun or something. And Taegin, at this point I've read quite a few of your posts around the forum while browsing through threads and constantly read it in a Rey slightly British accent cause of your pic LOL

That is a most generous raffle 2nd prize, my friend! Good for you!  You did well!  It's just beautiful! That one is my most favorite in my collection.  The Apprentice you have there, too, is no slouch, and I love that you went with Adegan Silver combined with the gold accents of the LE hilt.  I love white/gold combinations.  I went with an illuminated AV switch on Electrum Wind, and the contrast against gold is superb.  Congratulatory point coming your way!   :D

Thanks a bunch for the ping back, Niels. I actually had resigned myself to only ever getting red, white or blue illuminated AV switches (yes, I am patriotic but that's unrelated to my AV switch color preferences  :)), but this Dark Sentinel LE V4 really called for it and I'm really happy with it.
