I imagine quite a few people remember the story of Katie Goldman, whose bullying troubles at school led to Star Wars fans worldwide rallying to her defence. Check out what the 501st did for her this hallowe'en!

I think that the bulllying was resolved shortly after the original blog post in 2010; they had a day at her school called something like "Be yourself" day which was in her honour, the idea being for everyone to express themselves and be proud of who they were without fear of repercussions.

In any case, I'm sure the bullies have seen the error of their ways now, and Katie has been reassured that she's not the only girl who likes Star Wars, not by a long shot.

My only question is, how can we get this girl a part in Episode VII? R2-KT made a Clone Wars appearance, so Lucasfilm would probably be open to the suggestion!
