Once, I have never seen anybody cry as much as the woman I was with, I hit a deer in my monster International because he lept out in front of me I went over him and he couldn't move, so I put him down in the quickest way possible.

My brother in law died, and that night I saw death. I can't explain the encounter as well as I can see it in my head. The figure wasn't so much a figure as it was the absence if presence, cold, and uninviting. I asked who the presence was and death was the answer I received. It wasn't an audible answer but one I felt in my spirit. A very odd experience, and I understand if no one believes me. I wouldn't believe me lol.

GTMO is classified as a semi-arid desert, with wide areas of dry scrub and sand...certainly not a sand desert, but then again the percentage of sand desert in the well known Sahara is only 20-25%, the rest is dried flats, rocky zones, hard pan scrub areas, etc.

The temperatures and environment made it possible to conduct a successful desert survival program...that and once stationed there you can not leave until your tour is over or emergency which results in your tour ending anyway.

Yes...yes I did.  Three days after getting my driver's license I started from a stop light much too fast when it turned green...the sheriff had me get out of my car and started laughing...I was in a full white tux with tails and I had the corsage in my hand...I was late picking up my date for the Noel (Christmas) dance...he started writing the ticket and then my begging to not be any more late, to please mail the ticket to me, he ripped it up and gave me a verbal.

Ok...I was not late lol...I told you...when young I leaned towards the darker side...but I am much better now
