no, but I crushed two under the hood of a car, broken one in the bolt of a Hakim assault rifle, caught one in a ladder and torn the connective tissue, and bent all of them the wrong way falling out of a window.

have you ever started a story intending for it to be about four pages long and ended up with something like 16?

So. Many. Times. It happens regularly if I keep my nails long (which is to say, almost always), especially if I'm practicing with a sword or 'saber.

its painful huh? I first had it happen during basketball in primary school, my nails weren't even particularly long coz I always kept them short for taekwondo, but I completely misjudged catching the ball, it slammed into my hand forcing the nails of three fingers to cut into my palm leaving three crescent shaped wounds, and a decent amount of blood the second time was punching at taekwondo coz id been slack and not trimmed them- something I didn't do again! these days I keep them longer coz im slack, im a bit more feminine and it peeves off a couple of the girls at work coz they cant grow them long like I can  petty and vain I know!

no but ive done similar with essays and reports. and when the essay or report is only meant to be a max of 5 pages, you run into trouble trying to shorten it back down again

thanks rel, that's the cute lil critter! I love frogs, they are awesome! and motorbike frogs go on and on for ages. nothing quite like sitting out the back at my parents place on a lovely warm evening, listening to cows mooing, the occasional horse or dog, owls hooting and crickets and frogs and other critters going mad calling. sigh, don't get that in the city, instead you hear the train, and cars.
