Here's a picture I've been working on over the past few days, with a mix of different elements; Obi-Wan Kenobi toy head, my body and the anakin Ultrasaber blade. I had to replace my own head due to not wanting to risk revealing my identity so a friend won't accidentally discover the picture and recognize me. Hope you like the picture eitherway, as it still contains an Ultrasaber =) Notes: -There's been no direct rotoscoping or alterations to the blade (casually known as lightsaber effects). I have only majorly enhanced the already present glow. (US blades looks amazing on pictures to begin with.) You can even still see the plastic rounded tip at the edge.  1x Anakin ROTS blade from UltraSabers EDIT 2:  EDIT: Another picture which I've made today   2x Prophecies What do you guys think? :-) |

Well, originally I was making a video for fun, recording infront of a mirror so I was kind of filming myself with a camera behind me filming me through a mirror infront of me. The mirror-glass was a bit smudgey which gave a nice effect to the blade glow later on. After doing some editing in After Effects, I made a screenshot from the video. Then I put the photo into Adobe Bridge and opened it into Color FX pro and added a few filters there such as a bit color grading, soft background focus, contrasts and some other small details. As a finisher in that software I added a "Tonal Contrast" effect which made the "painting-like" feel through highlights/midtones/shadows. Then I did some final touches in photoshop to enhance some lighting where I found it fit, also Clone-stamped the background (mirror) and greyscaled it and painted over it to make the abstract-like background all around me. Then some lighting on the background to make it look a bit more varied all over :-) Glad you liked it! |

Thanks guys! It's really nice to get all the positive response! Though, for those that has seen the picture before and sees it again now, you'll see some HUGE differences. This is because I can't risk spoiling my identity for a certain person getting a US blade from me a few months from now. I can't risk having that person see the picture and recognize me |
