Aside from Flash on Clash, is there any possibility Ultrasabers could make a blade that sparks when struck?

Wow that was really nice!  A first person lightsaber fight, that's something unseen before.  Very original.

I really like that.  The switch over caught me off guard but then I quickly caught up to what they were doing.  Really nice find my friend.  Here's a point.

The one playing Vader is a fellow member of the Golden Gate Knights. Both sabers were converted FX and it was shot with a single GoPro.
