Think I'm gonna go with the dark brown, always preferred the contrast between the dark robe and the light tunic

I need a Jedi robe from JediRobeAmerica. That'll probably be my next buy.

My wife and I make most stuff Jedi (sabers are on the way and we don't do boots).  So, I can say without a doubt that if you are going to buy anything online, ask questions!  Most people who make these things should not be afraid to answer any questions you might have.

As for purchasing, there is one thing I have to say about Jedi costumes...

DO NOT BUY A SMALL/MEDIUM/LARGE!!!

Go to a dealer who will make one that is fit to you.  Most of the S/M/L sellers use a template that does not really look human.  If you order a Large, it might show up and look like something from a Barbi to something that Goliath could fit comfortable in.  It could look like a midriff on you or like the Obi-Wan Robe (A New Hope style).

Oh, and don't even get me started on some of the fake leather belts...

So, do your research.  Look on Etsy, Fleabay, and even a quick search through <<INSERT SEARCH ENGINE NAME HERE>>.  When you find a couple, ask questions.  Don't commit to buy until you feel you are ready and have everything answered.  Also, ask about discounts (my wife and I provide discounts to vets and such).

Finally, if you have any questions, I'd be happy to answer them.  Though, I won't discuss prices or such on the public forum, only in PMs.

Not to discredit anything that you, or any other craftsman does, but when it comes down to it, if I can get something that may well have been mass produced but still looks and feels adequate (if not better) for about a third of the price, you can't blame me for buying something from a shop now can ya?

agreed. besides, stuff like robes dont matter anyway. zren got a stupidly mass-produced clone trooper outfit - and he is more than happy with it.
