Couldn't afford my Shock LE in DVA/BH FOC, so I just got a DVA/BH MLS for now. I'll be gunning for the saber during Christmas.

This thread is somewhat misleading. Ultrasabers is putting sabers out so fast right now that there isn't any time to get really impatient. Just got my new Manticore delivered today. I ordered it at 12am on the 20th. That's three days (and one of those days it was sitting in the local Fedex depot thru Thanksgiving) It was made to specs and in the mail the next day.  Are you sure about that? I am usually impatient and anxious about 20min after I placed the order.... I ordered a saber for my son and another Dominix (turning it into a doublebladed) yesterday, and today, I find myself looking in my email wondering where my shipping notification is.. = ) |

Those fluent in current offerings can probably deduce what this saber will be comprised of. I've named it VERY carefully. Mum's the word for now...  |

LOL. I was bitten HARD. In the two weeks since joining this illustrious group, I've ordered 9... In hand: 1. Graflex CE, CG, Green AV, AS FoC 2. Guardian, GB, Blue AV, AS FoC Delivery imminent: 3. Dark Monarch, BR, Red AV, AS FoC 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Grab Bags ETA 1 week: 9. ConsuLord CE, SY, AS FoC My thinking on the Grab Bags is that out of the 5, I will snag at least one or two worthy of the collection, and I'll have 2 or 3 to practice with so the collection stays shiny.  My supportive wife obviously knows about 1. and 2.. I just 'fessed up about the remaining and may be on my way to the dog house as I type this...   Now if Deep and Ultra will stop with the promotions, I might make it 'til the inevitable Boxing Day sale before making my dog house move permanent!  Saint |

Part of giving some very good friends of ours two of my sabers for their wedding earlier this fall was that I would get to replace them for Christmas. Thanks to the sale over the weekend (which I nearly missed, mind you), that order's been placed:
Belllicose in BR, Red AV, Silver FoC, Bronze Button, QDs, and a Covertec clip, since this will be my first saber with the Covertec knob.
Oh, yeah, and Obsidian Sound! This will /also/ be my first saber with sound. I went back and forth, a lot, on whether to replace the pair of sabers or to get one with sound. The advice from the forum was a resounding "What's wrong with you? Why don't you have sound yet? Get that, you silly mook!"
Sadly, even if she were to arrive in three days flat, all I get to do is open the box, inspect for damage during shipping, and then hand her over to the wife until Christmas. This is going to be a LONG month.
