FedEx tracking absolutely sucks. Not only does it take days before the tracking updates itself, but it is so vague that it's almost useless.

Just tracked my order and its in town, hopefully I can make it to the post office today before it closes, I get off work 4:30, post closes at 5. Its a 25 minute drive to the post office. *crosses fingers*

Hmm, well you learn something new every day I guess - "in transit" seems to be the general term for "between US and your house" rather than "actually moving" My 'sabre spent a day and a half "in transit" in Indianapolis, which a little wiki-ing tells me is a main FedEx distribution centre for parcels to the UK. It seems that time was just spent getting sorted and so on - maybe even put on a plane? Anyway, it departed that location around 9am local time this morning, so hopefully it's now winging its way across the Atlantic. It's still scheduled as arriving on time tomorrow, and I haven't lost track of how remarkable it is that for $40 I can get something that size delivered across more than 5000 miles of the Earth's surface. Neverthless, I'm rapidly devolving from patient to impatient here  |

If its for delivery tomorrow you'll likely find it at Stanstead airport awaiting clearance from customs by this evening.
You'll also likely receive a bill for approximately £16 for import tax in a week or so.

Hmm, thanks for the warning. I'd allowed myself to forget about that.
I wonder if I can argue that there's no-one in the UK (EU?) who makes these - I'm sure there's meant to be an exemption along those lines...

Yeah I heard that. And I also read something about charges not being applicable on electronics worth less than £130.
My first saber was labeled with a value of $50, (despite its actual value being $350), and I still got the bill for it...

Just ordered a Bellicose in Consular Green, with SRD FoC, green AV switch, Obsidian sound, gold button, and short grooves. It's gonna be my first Ultra Saber with sound.

@Angel. Nice choice. I have a Bellicose myself. Guardian Blue Ultra Edge Heavy Grade blade, silver blade holder, gold button, non lit av switch, Obsidian, and short groove pommel. Its one of my most favorite hilts in the higher end line. xp And for what I'm waiting for, just to buy another saber. Lol. I got the Ultra Sabers bug again. xp I might get me an Aeon V2 LE in Blazing Red to match with my brother. Wouldn't know what kind of shroud to do for that one though.
