Ordered a Initiate V3 due to it being one of those available within my budget and not seeing any I wanted to break my budget for. I placed my order on 1/2/16, order # in the 124,000's so I hope to get a shipping confirmation by Monday but am keeping in mind that US said it'd take 3-4 weeks to construct the saber. Ordered a Consulate Green with a Green Clash so I hope when they get to constructing Jedi gatos saber they replace the green error I made with a silver, (I read in the Clash on clash post from 2011 that they will adjust as they deem fit_) so I have complete faith in US.
Unfortunately, I don't think that they will make any assumptions about how to construct your saber. I believe if you email customer service [ [email protected]] you will have a chance to get this corrected. I assume you ordered a saber w/ sound only? Now if you got and Emerald saber, you'd be able to correct the error yourself. |

Hello all, I've now happily joined the 'my saber has shipped' club. Ordered mine on Boxing Day and got the email about 8:00 this morning (UK time), so I don't know if that helps anyone trying to work out how long it's taking US to get through the monumental amount of orders they have. In all honesty, I'm blown away by the turnaround considering the workload those guys have at the minute.
Oh, and yes, I'm bouncing off the walls now... the xanax that Spades helpfully provided me have slightly worn off...
HAHAHA ! Those things are like gold, I cant get a prescription to save my life. (ironically when I need them it feels like i am dying) I am happy for all of you that received their shipping notice since the last time I stepped into this thread. I agree with whoever said that thing about living vicariously. +1 to that person for decent vocabulary and hitting the nail on the head. |

Well, it arrived! Cannot say I'm dissapointed, it is. a Dominix V2 LE! Already threw a leather wrap on it, and messed around with colors, loving my own Sentinel Yellow ( I'll show it later)!  |

Two grab bag sabers (one red blade, one blue as my friend wants to be Jedi, and I know the power of the dark side.... Haha) hopefully they'll ship/arrive soon. If I'm pleased with them a Prophecy in amethyst with sound is my next order!

As many of us new Star Wars enthusiast, we can't wait to get our sabers! I am aware how UltraSabers is currently swamped with orders, but just to ease my lack of patience, how long does it usually take to "process" my order and get it shipped? Ordered 24 hours ago and still processing :C. Live in SoCal if it helps the estimated wait! Ty. c:

Welcome to the group. Some people will tell you that to just assume the 2-4 week timeframe will be when you receive your items however I've been seeing from the posts here that people get a shipment notification within 2 weeks amidst the huge bump in orders coming in with the release of TFA.
Try to forget about it, but just know that your patient will be rewarded.
