It's gonna take a bit, I've noticed a trend of people saying their orders are shipping approximately 10 days after placing the order, so you can sort of use that as a reference for when your saber will roughly ship

when did you order? I ordered on the 28/12/15 - Still haven't seen anything as yet and I'm having trouble getting email replies etc. It's weird because they are replying to other emails and facebook posts here and there. Not sure what's going on. Anyhow, I know they are busy and I'm just one guy  Thanks |

Ah, alrighty then, so they're still pushing out orders about 10 days after they're placed, so I should be seeing my order shipped by Saturday/Monday! Hoorah
It was your hoorah that threw me off. If the trend continues then that sounds like good news for the both of us. I am stubbornly refusing to set any expectations past expecting shipping notice on or around the 30th. (that way I do not drive myself crazy with it and can't be disappointed at all. ) |

Ah ok - Maybe because it was a grab bag it is getting processed quicker. Do you think because I ordered a Guardian with nickel plating and flash on clash that it'll take longer? I guess it's not just a simple order? Plus, I'm in Australia too.... Postage is going to take at least a week in itself |

It's a little slower at the moment due to the high volume of orders, I placed my order on the 26th December and it's still processing. Here's hoping it ships out any day now I'm equally impatient so I feel your pain! Been watching my emails like a hawk  |

It depends on whether the hilt was in stock or not. If it was in stock, I don't see a reason for the order to be processed slower, however, hilts out of stock will take an additional 3-4 weeks before they are fabricated and shipped

Anyhow, I know they are busy and I'm just one guy Thanks check your spam box... do your best to cut them some slack as you said ... they are busy. i ordered mine on delta echo charlie 3015 (12/30/2015) I am sure we will both be getting the notice soon. As far as i am concerned, US has set a very reasonable expectation of 3-4 weeks, I will visibly be disheartened after the 30th and not a moment sooner. leaving me with only the excitement in the event that it ships before that |

It seems that presently there are no set guidelines regarding when a saber will be built and shipped, other than a possible 3-4 week wait period. Then factor in where you live in relation to Ultra Sabers in Texas. |
