So, first thing I'm going to do with my empty Flamberge hilt is cut down the blade plugs I have set aside for the sidemitters and install them in the new blade holders.  I've realized, though, that I actually am going to need to pop the metal part out of the third one and install it on a LONGER blade tube for the main blade emitter.  In any event, that's the easiest way to put in plugs for that saber for belt carry. 

Then, I'll put the yari extension on my Dark Apprentice V4 LE and play around with that for a bit.

Then I'm going to go through the rest of the bits that make up the empty hilt and see what all useful stuff I get out of it, aside from the hilt itself for an eventual DIY build.

Tomorrow should be fun.

"Patiently" is not a word I can describe myself as while waiting for my saber to arrive, I keep checking on it to see if I received a email. But I did notice that it said "order ready to ship" for anyone that has seen this status, how long does it usually take for it to ship and then receive the FedEx number?

Hmm, I see a few fellow members already received their orders when they ordered on December 30th and around that date, but why is mine still haven't even shipped, when ordered on December 31st, when everything was in stock, nothing backorder or out of stock, and been on "processing" since January 2nd. ( This message is been visible since Jan 2nd. : "This order has already shipped or has reached the final stages of processing. Therefore this order is no longer editable."

Is this normal?

It just means that your saber has been built and you can't modify any thing else in your order.  It is probably either waiting to be picked up for shipping or has shipped and the system hasn't been updated.  Was a tracking number attached to your account yet?

I was flip flopping between the illuminated AV switch and was too slow to make that (potential) change as I got the shipping email earlier this week. So I guess it's a non illuminated silver AV switch for my Guardian. I'm ok with it and I suppose if I really want to change this later I can send te hilt back to US for an upgrade? Anyone done something similar?

So, my saber officially touched down in the UK last night!! It's held in Brighton right now which is SO CLOSE! Scheduled for delivery tomorrow... So frickin hyped!

Ordered it back on the 26th Dec, but the long wait is almost over! ONE LAST PAINFUL DAY

You don't have long to wait now. If you received tracking info then you're good. But it seemed like mine was held in us house for a day before FedEx picked it up. It's scheduled to be in my hands by tomorrow when I get out of work.
