It appears that the Lite Soundboard has been selling like wildfire and it wouldn't surprise me if that was what is holding your order up. You did say you were getting the Lite SB correct?
I ordered a Reaper Obsidian Lite at 1/7/16, still "Procesing". |

waiting for my first (and grab bag) saber... ordered on 1/13 and still processing... I know that they say we have to wait 2-4 weeks, but omfg... I cannot wait, saw Star Wars 7 four times now and I want to make a Sith cosplay so badly XD

Make sure you read the forum rules post and sign off on them and welcome  Did you specify red for your saber? What blade did you get? I'd be surprised if it took that long for a grab bag. |

Yeah I have to go through the rules... ^^" thank you I ordered Adegan Silver with Color Discs so that I can try out different colors. "Sith" for me does not necessarily mean always a red saber (although I won't go for blue and green because they are traditionally Jedi - my favourite colors is purple). I also know that "true Red" will be much dimmer and harder to achieve with the Adegan & Filters, but I think for my first saber this will do. I ordered Ultragrade for more brightness and because I will use it mostly for show off and not so much for fights. If pleased, I will order more, like the Flamberge in Blazing Red and an Amethyst colored Midgrade Dark Shock (with Emerald).  |

if anyone paying attention to the site while shopping for sabers....this is direct copy..
Due to the EXTREME volume of orders we have coming in we will not be able to accept special requests for different button colors on different blade colors.
from that statement alone, these guys have got to be killing themselves trying to catch up.

Same here for a Guardian hilt. Ordered on December 31st, been "ready to ship" status since Jan 2nd, BUT, I've contacted US, and they simply told me they have an overflow of orders and are doing everything they can to satisfy everybody. Someone else on the forums told me that the "ready to ship" status doesn't mean that, and that it means they have all the parts to assemble it and it's almost ready to be shipped out. I know, those words don't mean "ready to ship" but that's the only status they have other than "processing". Let's just be patient. (You can try and e-mail them to know specifically why yours haven't shipped out yet, but even though I asked them, they didn't tell me why, only that they have a big amount of orders and that they are doing everything they can.) May the Force be with you. |
