yes, things have to be insane there..up to a 15 week lead time pending on options. I'd be afraid how long the "other guys" would take considering usually much slower than US

I was wondering about the battery situation myself. Apart from the thing on the shipping policy page I never saw any indication that the AAA battery packs were out of stock. I went back and flipped through the options on the page for the Dark Apprentice that I ordered and when I looked at the battery page I saw nothing. My Phantom Initiate staff didn't even have an option for batteries...
I'm wondering if I might e-mail somebody to ask about this, but seeing as I can't afford paying an additional $35 (I was pushing my budget as it is lol) I think I may just have to wait this one out. I was hoping to have them by mid-late march because my girlfriend is coming to visit and she wanted to see them, but it's not the end of the world.
On the bright side, at least by the time these sabers are in my hands it'll probably be spring/summer, which will probably be beneficial since I'll probably have to use my staff outside only cos otherwise I will end up smashing things by accident. and I don't think mom would appreciate me going down the Kylo Ren route if you catch my drift...

I kinda want to get another grab bag lol
i think my next purchase may include a GB saber. I need to spare blades and a different pommel. I might as well get a Grab Bag saber and be able to lets friends use when they come by. |

It shouldn't affect your saber at all if it was in stock at the time it was ordered. |

Honestly, I just want to cancel my order now. The wait is too long now and with the battery pack issue, it's getting ridiculous. I'm a bounty hunter, there are things I'm willing to wait for. This is not one of them. I'll order again probably around June or August of this year. They also need someone to answer the emails, especially one concerning stunt saber orders and potential cancellations.

Letting the order process now with a wait or waiting until summer to order again is still waiting.
Logically the order in processing now should arrive before you would order again in Summer. 15 weeks is April or May presently.

Yep. I just hope they arrive before my fantasy convention at the first weekend in May, so that I can make my cosplay - but if not, I just take my grab bag stunt saber for this So if one just want to have _any_ saber, try ordering grab bag. For the show-off and some duelling it will be enough. |
