Only thing is, I would have liked to know about the battery pack issues before placing my order on the 23rd, it's not a biggie, but discovering the problem by chance via the forum hasn't been the best surprise (that said, it's little more than one week before they get back in stock, hopefully).
That's the only shadow cast over my order too. Another 'acknowledgement' window could have helped but anyway, at least I can learn the discipline of patience on an extreme level  Until then I have a jedi-broom with adjustable length to feel the Force  |

Just ordered an archon v3.1, tri-cree consular green with quick disconnect (I want to pick up more colours when I have more money  ). I'm considering making addons that'll let me convert it into a protoaber too, which'll easily let me add a cheap soundboard from a toy in the belt pack (actually I might try juist adding that to the hilt at some point too) |

According to FedEx my saber has managed to cross the ocean and is at stansted airport. But its not due to get to me till Tuesday. I'm guessing it'll sit there over the weekend. I could drive there in 3 hours

Just so I am understanding this battery shortage:
As of mid January, there are out of stock of their AAA battery packs with a 4 week back order?
Does this mean if I ordered a grab bag saber at the same time I am still only waiting the standard 4 weeks, or am I waiting 8 weeks?
I hope they're not taking any more orders for sabers that need the battery pack, as this battery back order information wasn't made clear anywhere in the ordering process.

Considering that much of the early designs (pretty much anything MHS) were TCSS compatible, I'd say it would fit. |

That's a wonderful twist, good luck! If US is really a small company then they might not be bounded by supplier contracts that strictly so if there's another source of missing parts, it could be easier to make a move. Tell us what they said! |
