Just ordered my Archon V3.1 this afternoon. First saber with sound (other than a Hasbro black series Luke). This is a dangerous site. I started out needing only one simple saber, got the Initiate. THEN decided I also need a prophecy, but then saw possibilities with the Archon so just had to have it next. So the Archon will only have the Obsidian Lite, which is fine. The prophecy will be next, and will go with the Obsidian V4. Then, the Menace. Then...  These sabers just grow on a person. wow. Dude. Same thing for me. Got a grab bag to "test" the quality. then *BAM* an emerald saber, a V4 sound saber, another grab bag and a saberstaff... All in the same month. |

What kind of error have you got an what browser and OS are you using?
Chrome. When I go to place the order, I select Pay Pal, and it sends me to Pay Pal which fails to load..... Oh boy, I placed two orders. I only meant to place the second as I thought the first hadn't gone through.......hopefully they respond to my email before they both ship! When the first order "failed" I decided to remove a couple things...oops. I ordered a new charger and batteries, and a Tri-Blazing Red MLS for my Consular, and a new battery pack and latching switch for my Dark Liberator, so I can finally get it back in commission. And I accidently ordered another charger and batteries, and a second MLS.....oops. |

Me and my dad were practicing with the PVC "sabers" I'd thrown together just to help with the anticipation, and we got overexcited and my "staff" ended up getting totally busted. Suddenly I'm incredibly grateful I wound up going with the ultraedge heavy grade  |

ThreadJack, if your card wasn't charged, the bad order(s) should purge out of US' system automatically after a day or so. If your card was charged, then emailing them was definitely the right move.

Except both orders are slightly different, since I added stuff. Curiously enough it seems the bigger(good) order went through AFTER the second order.....odd, perhaps just a glitch in the email response? |

Possible. What I have noticed is that US' email goes out prematurely, before the transaction with PayPal. That kind of complicate trying to tell what's up with their system.

My Pay Pal hasn't been charged yet, luckily. Hopefully I'll get that order cancelled before it finishes processing! Then it'll be easier for everyone. Anyone with just a grab bag order get any kind of fulfillment yet?
I ordered a battery charger and some parts, with no fulfilment in 4 days. Relax, give them time, they're working as hard as they can. |

My saber was delivered today. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. It's a thing of beauty. Amazing build quality. And shipped relatively quick. That look on your face when you first ignite the Obsidian board is priceless. It's loud and bright as hell. I ordered the Dark Apprentice v4 with all of the bells and whistles. I also got the Small Renegade pommel which really sets off the hilt. Got the original pommel as well. Will post some pics on the weekend with a review. Need to add some fonts and play with the emerald driver. |
